The delivery of products from Mr.Gift is done through a courier service – TNT or Same Day.
Where do we deliver to?
The ordered products will be delivered anywhere in the country without exception, however, you need to be aware of the fact that in the case of localities without courier offices, you will also need to pay external KM.
How much does delivery cost?
The transport price for any particular order can be found out by adding products to your shopping cart. The cost of delivery rises depending on the total weight of your chosen products. For orders with a value over 300 lei, we offer free transport.
In how much time will I receive the products I have ordered?
You will receive your order in roughly 24 to 48 hours.
After you have confirmed your order via phone, we will make the following preparations for delivery:
- In the case of orders that have been placed before 12:00 PM on days between Monday and Thursay, these will be sent out in the same day, meaning that generally you should receive them the following day.
- All orders placed after 12:00 PM on said days will only be sent out the next day, with the moment of you being handed the package taking place within 48 hours within workdays.
- Orders placed on Friday until 12:00 PM will be sent out on the same day and delivered on Monday (with the exception of orders placed with emergency transport that are requested with delivery on Saturday, containing the full price for transport, and any extra delivery costs requested by the courier service).
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM will be sent out on Monday.
- Delivery on Saturdays is also available, however, this comes with an additional cost that will be communicated to you via the colleagues at Client Support.
For Saturday delivery or emergency delivery, we ask you to contact us via phone, and we will do everything we can so that you will receive your package on time.
Important!
To avoid your order being sent back, please indicate precisely all the details necessary for delivery. In the case that you are not at home, the package can be received by a person you have authorized to pay for the products and the transport. In case of the contrary, you are requested to present as soon as possible at the local courier office, according to the notice details of those making the transport. In the case of partial delivery, the client will pay only the value of the products that have been delivered.
